Return Policy

Due to the dynamism of fashion evolution, we respect the customers' ability to support "Return with exchange only "(NO REFUNDS)" policy to help us deliver the very best and latest in Indian fashion.We firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the color of actual outfit ordered. Please take a note that some small irregularities in pattern, color, design etc. signifies these are handcrafted products and therefore are truly unique in nature. Therefore we would appreciate if you can consider that before returning any product. In spite of this, if you still want to return, we have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of at most importance to us. 

Refund / Exchange Policy

We will accept change of mind returns for items purchased online subject to the following conditions:

-Intimate on return as soon you receive the parcel i.e. within 72 Hours via email at support@alishaif.com with order no.
-You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us. Courier to be done by customer itself, If we arrange courier then Return Courier Charges will also be lied upon min Rs 100 - Rs 500
-Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached.
-We will not accept change of mind returns for white,sale products purchased from our website.
-No refund possible for COD only Credit note will be given in your store wallet (deducting both side courier charges) once we have received the return item back (within 7 - 10 days after pick-up) and confirmed that it meets the above conditions. Refund will be given to Only Prepaid Customers  (deducting both side courier charges). The Refund takes 7 - 10 working days once we receive & check the dress.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by ALISHAIF and accept ALISHAIF decision regarding the cancellation
Products once dispatched cannot be returned except when an approval have given through support@alishaif.com or by SMS.

When you register for an account on the site, make a purchase, sign up to receive promotional emails from us, or contact us for support or with questions the types of information we will collect about you includes:
Your Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address

Note:
When a customer deny accepting a parcel sent as cash on delivery COD. We blacklist those customers who don't value the shipment. In next order he/she has to bear last purchase shipping loss of minimum Rs 100 or more.
